You can change any personal details saved to your My Wordery account. First, you will need to be logged into your account:
To log in to your account click here, or go to wordery.com and click 'My Wordery' in the top left-hand corner. You'll be redirected to a page that looks like the screen below.
Type in your registered email address and password and click 'Log in' to go to your account
How to edit or delete a delivery address on your account
Once logged into your account, click on the 'Address Book' button and scroll down to the Address Book section.
Locate the address you want to amend and click the relevant option: 'Edit' or 'Delete'
If editing an address, amend the details in the relevant fields and click the 'save address' button when finished.
If deleting, click the 'delete' button. You'll be asked if you are sure you want to delete this address. Click 'Yes -delete' if you are sure. Or 'No- cancel' if you have clicked the button in error. If you accidentally delete an address, you can add the address again using the steps found on our 'How to use my account' page here.
Please note: editing addresses within your address book will not update the address on any of your orders.
How can I change my Billing address on my account?
Billing addresses are not saved to your account. These can be selected from your address book, or amended during checkout after entering your payment information.
If your billing address is different to the chosen delivery address, uncheck the box next to 'billing address is the same as delivery address' during the payment stage of checkout as shown below.
Enter the billing name and postcode then select 'find address' address
Scroll down and select your billing address from the menu
Click the 'continue' button
Can I change my delivery address on my order?
If you have placed an order with us and it has not yet been dispatched, you will need to contact our customer service team who will be able to change the address on the order. You can contact customer service via email on help@wordery.com.
Please use the Query heading Change of Billing or Delivery Address and any requests will be actioned as soon as possible.
NB once the order has been dispatched, it is not possible to amend the address.
