Welcome to a brand-new chapter for wordery.com. Check out our new look on wordery.com, designed for browsing in mind and filled with our favourite titles at reduced prices. Same name, new logo, even better discounts. We hope our new website will provide you with a smoother user experience, making the books you want to read easier to find.

FAQs
Why can't I log into my Wordery account? As this is a fresh new start for Wordery, we are unable to carry across account details, import account details, order history, or your wish lists. We sent out notifications prior to our closure in June, so we hope you were able to save any wish list books you required. You can register for a new account under the register tab on the following link: https://www.wordery.com/account. It's quick and easy. We understand this might be a bit of a pain and we apologise for any inconvenience.
I'm not getting my password reset email, can you help? If you have not yet created a new account since the re-launch on 26th November 2025, you will not receive a password reset email. Your old account no longer exists so there is no password to reset. You can register for a new account under the register tab on the following link: https://www.wordery.com/account.
Will you still ship internationally? The new website is going to begin by only shipping within the UK. In the meantime, please check out our sister bookshop: Blackwell’s. They have a huge offering of books, ship internationally, are ready to help and are also quite a nice bunch: www.Blackwells.co.uk
What currencies can I place my order in? - As we're only shipping within the UK to begin with, we're only accepting orders in GBP for the time being.
Will you still offer free delivery? Yes! Free delivery and great prices are in our blood and crucial to our offer to you.
Will you be bringing back the Wordery bookmarks? For now, we will not be bringing back our beloved Wordery bookmarks.
What can we expect to see from the new website? New branding and a new layout to start. A website that offers a better user experience, making the books you want to read easier to find, all at fantastic prices. Your orders will also now be charged on dispatch, rather than when you place the order. We've also added lots of new features to your account giving you more options for self service.
Is the same team still behind Wordery or has it changed hands? It is still the same old wonderful team, and we have not changed hands.

How do I make a GDPR request? Please email us at privacy@waterstones.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
What will happen with my data from my old account? Your personal data will continue to be kept securely, and your newsletter sign up (if you have one) will remain.
Site data (such as wish lists and order history) has been deleted with some elements being safely stored where we are required to by law.
What will happen with my eBay order? Your eBay order will still be processed and dispatched as normal. For updates on the order, please contact our customer service team via your purchase history on your eBay account.
