Important information!
If you have a Wordery account, you can view and track the status of your order in your account. Your order confirmation email will also provide an estimated dispatch date.
Where possible, we will provide tracking information for you in your dispatch email.
Tracking is dependent on size, weight, and the delivery destination. Untracked items are subject to estimated delivery times.

Also, please do not reply to the Order Confirmation, Cancellation, or Dispatch notification emails - these use a 'noreply' email address and any replies will not arrive with our Customer Service team.
Complaints process
Were you happy with your customer service interaction?
If you were not happy with the resolution offered or the service you have received from a member of the customer service team, please do let us know.
The details of how to do this are below:
- Email help@wordery.com, subjecting the email ‘complaint’, along with your ticket or order number from your previous correspondence.
- You can also write to us at 48-51 Broad St, Oxford OX1 3BQ. Please address the letter to the online complaints department and include your order number (if applicable), along with any ticket numbers to previous correspondence.
We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours, with a resolution offered within 14 days. If you are unhappy with the outcome of your complaint, you can appeal in writing to 48-51 Broad St, Oxford OX1 3BQ.
