- You can also write to us at 48-51 Broad St, Oxford OX1 3BQ. Please address the letter to the online complaints department and include your Wordery order number (if applicable), along with any ticket numbers to previous correspondence.
We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours, with a resolution offered within 14 days. If you are unhappy with the outcome of your complaint, you can appeal in writing to 48-51 Broad St, Oxford OX1 3BQ.
