Sometimes, a small pending transaction (normally £1) will be placed on your credit/debit card to verify the account when the order is placed. This pending amount which will be returned to your account shortly after.
You'll then be charged for your books as they are dispatched from our Distribution Centre.
If you have several books on your order, they may be dispatched and charged at different times. This will mean that your books could be sent in different parcels.
I have received a confirmation email but no payment has been taken. When will I be charged?
Your credit or debit card or PayPal account will be debited when the book/s is dispatched. For information on when your book will be dispatched, please check your order confirmation email or sign into your account to check your order details.
