What can I do?
If you've received a payment failure email, any outstanding items on your order will not be processed or shipped to your address.
Please note that because items are charged individually, the failure can occur after one or more items have been shipped successfully.
If your outstanding item/s are still required, please contact us to check if the items are cancelled or still open.
If the items are cancelled, please place a new order for the item that the payment has failed on. You will also need to reorder any outstanding items that had not yet been dispatched from the affected order.
Why has my payment failed?
Payment failures can occur from time to time for a variety of reasons.
Most commonly because there are not enough funds in the account at the time of payment being taken. Or this could be because of multiple payments being taken on the same day, which will happen on large orders.
If you have ordered using PayPal, this may be connected to the debit/credit card linked to your account.
If you used a debit or credit card, please contact your card provider for more information before reordering.
