Estimated dispatch times:
Books are usually dispatched within twenty-four, forty-eight, or seventy-two hours ie one, two or three Business Days.
NB Dispatch time does not include delivery. Estimated dispatch times are stated on the website for each book.
This information is available before ordering and can also be found on your order confirmation email after ordering.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Our UK delivery estimate is 2-4 working days after dispatch.
Most deliveries within the UK are sent via Whistl and completed by Royal Mail standard class or by Evri. Larger deliveries may be sent by DHL.
We are not currently offering International or priority delivery. If you're looking for an alternative online bookshop that delivers outside of the UK, we'd recommend Blackwells.co.uk.
If more than ten working days have passed since your order was dispatched, please contact us by email using: help@wordery.com.
We kindly ask that you allow 5 additional days for delivery, before contacting us in our peak period. This is from mid-November to early January.
