If you think Evri may have trouble finding your delivery address, we have some steps that will help to ensure a smooth delivery.
There are some properties that Evri have regular problems locating and delivering to, for example if there is no house number, just a house name, etc.
One solution is to download the Evri App and create an account.
You can add your delivery address under ‘My Places’, then select ‘Precise Location’ where you can do two things:
- Pin your location on a Map
- Use What3words to pinpoint your property.
- Redirect your parcel to a local Evri Parcelshop for collection (see below)
Once this information has been added to your profile, it is stored ready for you to apply it to future deliveries to your property. Once you receive acknowledgement that your parcel has been dispatched, take your new EVRI tracking reference and log it on the app.

Just to show you what the Evri App can do:
Track your EVRI parcel using your new tracking reference (usually found in your dispatch email, order history or it can be obtained by contacting our Blackwell's customer service team) and then select My places as shown below:
On the next screen, you can select your Precise location, add a Safe Place and/or Preferred neighbours if you are not at home:
If you choose Precise Location, you can Pin your location on a map, and/or add the What3words reference.
Should you wish to divert your Evri parcel to a local Parcelshop, please use the following process:
- Place your order in the usual way to your home address (NB DO NOT Use the Parcelshop address)
- Our Distribution Centre will decide if if it will be sent via Royal Mail or Evri, dependant on the size/weight of the parcel.
- If it is sent by Evri, you will receive an email saying that they are expecting the parcel.
- Next, you will get an email saying that Evri have got the parcel
- At that point, you can go on to the Evri App, input your tracking reference, select Track & Divert, then add your local Parcelshop. NB you will not be able to change it once diverted.
- You will get an email confirming that the parcel has been diverted.
- You will receive an email when it arrives at the Parcelshop and is ready for collection
- The App will be updated to say when it was collected.
