When will my order be dispatched?
There's no need to contact us whilst you wait for your book/s to be dispatched. You will receive a confirmation of dispatch email when each book is on its way to you.
If you were logged into your account at the time of ordering, you can log in to your account to check the status of your order. Click here to log into your My Wordery account.
Most books are usually dispatched within one, two or three Business Days depending on where the stock is located. These are advertised in hours or days.
Others may take 7 days or 2-3 weeks.
Note: we only dispatch books Monday - Friday.
Estimated dispatch times are stated on the website prior to adding a book to your basket (see screenshot for where to find this information) and during checkout prior to ordering:
In the above example, you can see the book advertised is advertised as 'usually dispatched within 72 hours', after which it would then take a further 2-4 working days to arrive at the chosen UK delivery address.
Please note dispatch times do not include delivery. Once dispatched, delivery will take 2-4 working days to UK destinations.

Where is my book?
If your book has been dispatched, please check the delivery address on your dispatch email. If you have not received a dispatch email, you can check the status of your order in your account.
How can I track/check my order status?
Where applicable, your tracking information will be provided to you in your confirmation of dispatch email.
To track your order via EVRI please click here and enter your EVRI tracking number. EVRI tracking numbers usually starts with a 'H'.
To track your order via Whistl please click here and enter your Whistl tracking number. Whistl tracking numbers usually stars with an 'L'.
Please note that our Whistl deliveries do not come with end to end tracking. They will only be trackable up until the parcel has been handed over to Royal Mail.
If you have a My Wordery account, you can also view the status of your order in the orders section.

- To track the status of your order, click 'Orders'. This is where you will be able to view the status of all your open and previous orders
- Scroll down until you find the order you want to track and click 'View order details'
- Track the status of your books using the individual tracking links provided (tracking is dependent on size, weight, and delivery destination. Untracked items are subject to standard delivery timeframes. Online Customer Services can't provide a specific estimate delivery date for untracked items)
You won't be able to view orders that were placed before you created your account, or if you were not signed into your account at the time of ordering. These are classed as guest orders. You can still find dispatch information in your confirmation of dispatch email for these orders. Or you can contact customer service via help@wordery.com to ask for support with your orders.

What does my order status mean?
Order placed We've received your order. You should see an update soon
Being processed We've received your order and are in the process of getting it ready to ship
Dispatched Your order has been shipped and is on its way to the delivery address as stated on your confirmation email
Cancelled Your order has been cancelled. Any pending payments will be voided or cancelled
My order has not arrived
Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot provide an exact delivery date. You can however check our estimated delivery times guide or log into your account to track and check the status of your order.
Delivery is estimated at 2-4 working days after dispatch. If your order does not arrive within this time, we kindly ask that you allow more time as delays can occur.
NB Please check the following prior to contacting us about your delivery:
- Please check that the delivery address on your order confirmation email is correct - Wordery have no liability to replace your order if the address has been input incorrectly, however, we will refund the order if/when it arrives back at our Distribution Centre.
- Please check any safe or common delivery places used by your post person, with other residents (or concierges / reception staff if appropriate) at the delivery address and your neighbours, in case the parcel has been delivered there. The parcel may have been left in one of the mentioned places, even if no calling card has been left.
If a dispatched item is delayed or assumed lost in transit, we cannot offer to replace or refund until a minimum of 10 working days after dispatch.
If more than ten working days have passed since your order was dispatched, and the above checks have been made, please get in touch to let us know. Customer Service can be contacted visa help@wordery.com.
I have only received part of my order?
We often send books in separate parcels because they are coming from different stock locations
Books are shipped on arrival at the Distribution Centre, so we may send several parcels to complete an order.
You can double-check the estimated dispatch time for each of your books by logging in to your account. If you do not have an account, you can check the estimated dispatch time for each of your books in your confirmation email:

Wordery.com shall have no liability to you unless you notify us that your order has not arrived, within forty days of the date of dispatch.
Please note Wordery online is obligated only—at its option—to make good any shortage or non-delivery, to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective, or to refund the goods in question to the original method of payment.
