If your order is not showing in your order history, this will usually be because you were not logged into your account when you placed the order. You must first log into your account before placing an order for it to show in your order history.
If you are not logged into an account when ordering, your order will be placed as a guest order instead. We regret that Guest orders cannot be imported to your account order history. Please be reassured that they will be supplied as normal.
All orders will still receive an order confirmation email when the order is placed, along with seeing your order confirmation screen at the end of checkout. An order number will have been provided at the end of the checkout process. You will receive an email once the book is dispatched.
