Please note: if you have entered an incorrect or incomplete delivery address and your order has not yet been dispatched, you do not need to cancel your order. You can contact us to request a change of delivery address instead. Please ensure this request is sent to us as soon as possible.
If your order has already dispatched, you will not be able to cancel the order. But you will be able to return the book for a full refund. Please check our information on how to return a book here.
