While we do everything in our power to ensure your books arrive in excellent condition, we understand that on rare occasions, an issue may occur.
In the event your book arrives damaged, please contact customer service within 72 hours of the book arriving, by clicking here or by emailing us via help@wordery.com.
Please ensure you provide the following information when contacting us;
- Order number
- ISBN of the damaged book you have received
- A description of the damage
- Clear photos of the damage and packaging, as well as a clear photo of the front and back of the book
Please report any damaged books to us within 72 hours of delivery. We will assess the extent of the damage and decide the best course of action.
NB We kindly ask that you please do not post back damaged books without receiving instructions to do so, after contacting our customer service team.
